Leadership
Development Project (LDP) is an intense
leadership training program in a summer camp setting. Campers
learn to identify and develop Leadership skills as they observe
leaders in action, and take on leadership tasks. Each day they
process what they ar learning in bible study and through their
experiences. Campers live together in Pioneer Village under
the supervision of our LDP Coordinator.
